    Yes, this is a turnkey type of site. It has no revenue to speak of, but it is PR 3 with some inside PR pages, hence the low start and low BIN.
    Sell just ten links and make more than you paid.
    TOMB is in the lead with $30.00
    domain registered and namecheap.
