PR 3 Domain Name, Site optional

Hi... I just spent over $2,500 on my 5-year-old's dental issues, so I'm selling off some virtual property I no longer need.

http://www.yourfamily1st.com/ is PR 3 (It has been PR 4 for a few months till the text link ad that caused the pr4 expired!)

Yahoo shows 3 backlinks, msn- 8, google- none. The backlinks are close to a year old, mostly on forums.

About the site: It's a self-replicating website from a network marketing company. If you join my downline you get the same site free personalized with your info... and a long url like this: http://www.yourfamilyfirst.com/cgi-bin/team.cgi?id=El26&action=show

Since there are many sites like this, you probably don't want it. I seriously doubt any of the people that have the site attempted any SEO for it though.
