PR 3 Domain, Google only showing One Backlink?

Ok, so one of my sites that I have had just sitting around for a while is showing me that its a PageRank3, even though Google is only showing one indexed backlink...
I don't have intentions to further develop and try to monetize the site itself, so what would be the best things I could try to do with this???

Try to sell it, that is what I'm trying to do with a domain name in similar conditions (the one in my signature) but this is PR2 and no luck so far despite the low price.

So jot down this if you wanna try selling your own, or develop a landing page optimized for monetizaing to redirect your 404 erros or non-used domains

You could sell this site on forums or at digitalpoint Domain marketplace.
