Selling PR 3 Dog Related estabilished website

I am selling my dog breeds information website running on joomla . The site has 3 years since it was been indexed in google . It's very easy to use and create more articles , and maintain the website . It has around 20k page views a month , and around 6500 visits per month. It gets around 200-250 unique organic traffic, most of the traffic comes from google . It's ranking very well in google for the keyword " dog breeds " , and more others .With some SEO and a little work , you can easily boost the traffic and the earnings , currently it's ranking on 2nd page for " dog breeds" . After all the SEO work done lately , it will probably rank on first page soon. To justify the price , i must tell you , that the articles from the website , are created by a firm of content creation . I payed 1200 $ for all 215 articles .

What i am looking to get for this website , to get my money back i spent on the articles , and the profit the website gets for 12 months.
Revenue Details



The only monetize method i used it's adsense . Never tried anything else , maybe some leads and affiliate can be great . The revenue it's about 60 euro/ month , 80-90$ / month. It has a good ctr, so you don't need a huge traffic for a big revenue .

Traffic Details



90% of the traffic it's organic and most of the visits come from google . The website it's rising the traffic lately with 15% , according to google analytics. It has a big potential , but i really don't have the time to work for this website , and i need money right now . As i said before , it gets around 200-250 visits daily .

can you prove the 215 articles posted on the website from the admin area?
i only see 150 pages indexed in google

I think your site is overpriced. the price too high for that kind of traffic and revenue.

 

guniwan , this is why this is a listing , and everybody can make theyr own bids . The buy it now price it's higher , and i know it might not be reached , and i will have to chose the biggest bid .

So you can make your own bid , as much as you think it's worth it . I will decide if it's enough or not
