I'm going to try to keep this as short as possible because I know that it's never fun reading a ten page sales letter. Basically, I'm thinking about putting this on Flippa, but before I do, I'm eager to see what you guys think.

Find A Business is a one of a kind, complete marketing and business development tool. Coded and designed from scratch. There is nothing like it out there at the moment! Loved by all the marketers and members that use it, it provides offline and online business owners with a plethora of helpful data to get their businesses up and running profitably.

Monetization

"Business" is one of top paying niches in terms of CPC. Ranging anywhere from $1-$4 per click! Additionally, all current ad placements have been tried and tested for the highest CTR.

The website is currently banking a good $50 per month via Adsense and has generated some income via private ad sales.

Additionally, my initial intention was to set up a paid membership system but I never quite got around to it. You can also add in affiliate links to the domain name checker.

Traffic

In it's prime, it had its Alexa as low as 150,000, bringing in a few hundred visitors per day. Unfortunately, since about March, I've had a lot of other commitments, so I haven't been able to work on it.

If it's so good, why am I selling?

Not going to lie, there are two reasons.

Firstly, if I could I wouldn't sell it for another year or two but unfortunately with all my new work commitments, I have absolutely no time to manage a project of this size. Additionally, the family wants to go away overseas during the summer and I need to gather up funds in order to make that happen.
