Selling PR 3 Blogging Tips Blog

The blog has been up since October 2009 and is well known for the Blogging related articles. The Page Rank of the Blog is 3 and some of the internal got PR 1-2 as well.

Design: The template used in the blog is unique and the header is a custom made with a custom Mascot (character) in it. The overall design costed me $80 (template + header)

Traffic: amblogger gets a decent amount of traffic. The traffic usually comes from referral sources. Google also drops some good hits I hired guys to work on the Blog Commenting, Article Directory Submission and to work on the Backlinks.

Revenue: I recently changed the ad placement and it is working out quite well, here's a screenshot of April's revenue, http://i41.tinypic.com/ezegls.jpg The site also made a few affiliate sales, which really turned out well. Also, earned a few bucks by selling out links and ad spaces in the past.

Content: Content of the site is unique, most of the articles are written by me, some of them are purchased as well. The site has got almost 80 unique articles, which means 80X$3 = $240.

Overall: The site is ready to go, custom design, great content, good traffic, flowing revenue. The sale doesn't include any other accounts like twitter etc. The sale only includes the domain and content of http://www.amblogger.com + A report of blog commenting, article submission (if I have it in my pc) and Backlinks.

What is the monthly revenue of this blog?

 

$5-10 in adsense, maximum of $1 in infolinks. Made some affiliate sales in the past, one can earn more if sells out the ad spaces.
