PR 3 Article Directory for a quick Sale

An other site for sale in a new post since I was unable to edit
the previous one, with network of sites and others.

This site has never been promoted since I purchased it
last August, however the PR went from PR2 to a PR3.

There is an admin section where you approve or delete
newly submitted articles.

There was no adsense channel placed, so I have no idea
if there were any clicks and income from the site.
Asume little however.

Registered at namecheap.com and still an year to go
Buyers gets it with a free push

I only accept paypal payments from verified
bueyrs, and suppose you are with such a
verified account?

And yes, byer will get CPanel / FTP access to
moove the site. I am not able to provide transfer
of the site, but a friend of mine will do it for $10.

It's a very big one, so it will cost time if you don't
have a VPS or a deicated server, where the Transfer
options of copying from one account to an other
could be used.

Guna, yes, all links could be taken off. There are
no paid for links on the site.

No idea how many articles there are
as many are submitted weekly, and
I never thought I'd need that number.
Scroll around the site and see, but I think
easily tens of thousand.

Here is info about how big the DB is:

when Ramp wrote SOLD, and I
haven't heard from him still.

If Ramp doesn't get in touch with me
within 3 to max 4 hours from now - the site is
NOT SOLD, and new bueyrs are welcome.

I really need the money as soon as
