    Domain is from NameCheap for 1 year (till 08.20.2013).
    SEO Optimized (Using WP Plugin)
    "Add New Post" is configured by custom fields (easy to add new post (themes))


    The most unique thing of this site is live demo script which I bought for $150.

    Hmmm, as all other theme showcase websites, you ca do this:
    Make a "Submit Template" page with email, name, template title, demo url forms + at the end of this page add a "Upload Template" form. That's all. This is very easy to do with Wordpress Plugins.
