Site has been online since late 2011 (single owner) and supplies sports picks and predictions for sports bettors. Site has a solid keyword rich .com domain name (godaddy). Site has some solid backlinks but i really have had little time to do any real SEO work on it and that is what it needs some SEO work from new owner.

Site is making affiliate sales with no real promotion or effort from a sportspicks affiliate through (shareasale.com). Very easy to sign up for if you dont have account already and affiliate is also extremely easy to sign up for and get approved. It has made a little over $160 over last 8 months again with no promotion what so ever just put banners up on site. Here are screen shots.

Site is also great for Blog Post and Link Sales because of its steady PR 2 Rank maintained now over several updates. Blog post prices range from $20-$50 per post and link sales up to $20-40 for yearly link spots and can be done here at DP or elsewhere. Site currently contains 4 Paid Links that new owners will recieve all information needed to collect on upcoming renewals of $100.

New owner can continue to keep it a sports picks and predictions site or change it to a sports betting info site etc. I will supply new owner with free source for picks and predictions if they want to keep site on same path.
