    I no longer have time for it and would like to cash in whatever I can. I am accepting offers so please send me a PM.

    It is a PR2 site, It makes about a dollar on adsense and about 2 bucks on infolinks per month. I currently am selling ad space on there for $25 bucks a banner per month.
    You can also sell links and posts on this site. I just don't have the time. Plenty of potential.
