    For sale is PR2 Premium Web Directory - www.Uceas.org
    Keep it as a directory or use the domain
    When properly advertized, the traffic was about 34K unique a month and made about $100 a month.
    I stopped working on this directory about 10 month ago, but it still has about 1,200 visitors and occasianally sells links

    Directory is built on PHPLD 4.x with active license

    All the files and database would be available for download for a winner.
