Selling PR 2 Photo site for sale - Premium Domain Name - 40 UV/day

I am selling premium domain name freedownloadphoto [d] com with established website on it.
No revenue (did not try to place adsense ads on it).
The content and the photos on the site are unique.

Site has 40-50 UV/day.
Site is created with wscript.
In order for W-script script to work you will have to meet the following (server) requirements:
-your server must be able to execute PHP scripts
-PHP version must be higher than 4.4.0 (may work on lower versions but we haven’t tested)
-safe_mode must be turned off
-GD library must be installed and active
-the script should be able to create/write/delete folders
