I am selling my website, the website is no older than 1 year and I worked very hard in early days my site was progressing fast and are well liked by the visitors, I acheive PR 2 and more than 50,000 Pv's. My overall income also above $300 per month. The site is running on wordpress contains 1308 articles and all are unique! I am selling my site because I am unable to give my time on my website because of my studies and maybe you have noticed throgh my analytics the traffic going up and down. Very nice website you have there, but you are effectively asking for 2 years worth of earnings which is a big stretch in the current climate. The massive amount of articles and unique content is worth something although I'm not sure how it can be quantified. Higher value sites such as this will sell much easier on an auction site like flippa.com, although you should be ready to provide more thorough revenue and traffic details. What other revenue sources are there? Because your adsense screenshot is showing a peak of ~$200 which doesn't match your claimed $350 P/M earnings.
