Hello everyone. I have a home improvement website that focuses on bathroom renovation. I have too many projects going on right now and need to get some of them off of my hands. I have developed this website and put over 50 unique articles on it. Right now I am just receiving around 10 unique visits per day 100% of which are organic search engine traffic. I have also recently done a link building run on the site submitting it to around 200 manual directories and a few igh pr blog comments. You should see the results in the near future. I have not really monetized the site at all just adding Adsense a few days ago I have not gotten any clicks yet. I am sure you can sell links as it is PR 2 and 10 links sold could cover the price of the site easily. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Can you please provide access to statistics? Especially where the visitors come from (referrer) but also how many visitors page views and countries

domain has never been expired. I do not have analytics up, but a can provide Adsense impression screen shot will do asap. Like I said I just put Adsense up a couple weeks ago, but these are my impressions and a couple clicks. Adsense is just one of many ways you can monetize the site though. The first way I think you should start is selling links which are in high demand if PR is over 1 like this site that has PR 2.

 

not all the articles are unique..just checked with copyscape..how many are unique?
what is the status of the blogroll links?

 

Hmmm thats weird maybe they were syndicated or I used them in article marketing, but they should all have been unique. The links on the Blogroll are up to you if you want to keep them. 3 of them are mine and the rest are reciprical links with backlinks pointing to the site.

 

Looks pretty solid, what kind of marketing have you done for the site and can you specifically tell us how much link building you have done and how it was done? Also do you write the articles or does somebody do it for you? I am looking to buy a few home improvement niche sites and this one looks pretty good. Please also let me know if you have anymore sites. Thanks.

 

As far as marketing goes, I have done around 300-400 manual directory submissions in the last 3 weeks. I have also gone around and left high pr blog links on some comments. I have also submitted some of my articles to article directories. I am receiving around 10 visits per day and that will only go up as the marketing kicks in. The writing was hired out from people here on DP and it is high quality. I do not have any more sites at the moment but Im always working on them!
