    i am selling http://healthytalk.net
    it is PR 2 and alexa less than 400k.

    It is a complete original site..
    yes, all articles are unique and written by professional writter and is more than 7 months old...
    There are total 52 articles..

    total backlinks: 307
    i have promoted it a lot..
    but traffic is dropped from december coz i dont have any time to maintain it.
    so dont ask for scrrenies , assume 50 visits a day.

    It has huge potential to earn..
    and there loads of gadgets and widgets installed.
