    - all unique content (gossip / celebrity news)
    - earned OVER $260 in Oct so far with Adsense.
    - currently runs CPX ads as well as Adsense
    (CPX earnings not included in claimed revenue)
    - Entire site is HTML
    - Can easily expand site further and scale up content
    - Majority of Traffic comes from US, UK and Canada
    - has had 134,056 page views for the months of September


    Interesting in selling to invest in another project.
