Selling PR 2 - Gardening Web Site - Earnings

This is a very nice PR 2 (DA: 21 - PA:30) Gardening video web site. The site has a great keyword rich .com domain name registered at godaddy. The site is built on wordpress and runs off a very nice script which adds videos via keywords from youtube with one simple click allowing you to update site with new content easily. Very easy site to manage and maintain.

The site is already established and has a great foundation for someone with a little time and interest in gardening niche. Site simply needs someone do some SEO work and put some time into growing site back links and traffic. Made this site thinking i would add on 3-4 more sites and move into gardening niche (Amazon affiliate geared) but instead i am going into the Sports information niches and since have had no time or real interest into putting in needed SEO work.


Earnings:

The sites PR2 rating makes it a solid site for link sales. There are already 8 paid links on site all of which are up for renewal in next 7 months (i will supply new owner with all renewal info) valued at over $130 and space remaining for added link sales. Site should also be a great site for Amazon affiliate products once some added traffic begins to find site. But the site can remain profitable via link sales while new owner does the needed SEO work to get site to next level.


Overall site traffic is minimal and lacks in search engine ranks but again this is the area in which site needs work from new owner. But it does have some traffic and i have included screen shot below , has some links on sites such as Pinterest and Reddit.
