    The domain name is very popular too.

    Traffic Statistics:

    Though I have never bothered to promote this forum fully or tried to make back-links, even then the traffic has been very good. I have posted the Google Analytics stats below from Aug 31 2011 to Oct 14 2011, for your reference as attachments:

    During Sep 15 2011 to Oct 15 2011:

    The forum had: 38,226 Absolute Unique Visitors and 101,155 Pageviews.

    Visits Today: 1,139
    Last Week: 9,902
    Last Month: 41,105

    The Pagerank can be increased easily by promoting and link building, though it still has got PR 2 with no sort of link building. The PR of this domain was actually 3 which fell of to PR 2 as I did not take active interest in link building.

    Revenue Statistics:

    I had started using Adbrite just 3 days back and made only $3 by using two ad blocks of 300x250 and 728x90 in show thread, home and gallery. While there are many more positions where ads can be placed but I was really not interested in advertisements and I do keep getting emails about ad selling spots.

    The income can be generated easily by selling ad spots and using ad networks more intelligibly.

    Other Info:

    Feel free to ask me anything. I want to sell this off as I can't take out time for it because of my work schedule and stuff.

    I am looking for the best price and don't have anything in mind as the minimum price as of now.

    Like I said, I never bothered to monetize it very well. But it can be done and money can be generated by using ad networks like Adsense, Adbrite, Infolinks, Spot selling, etc.

    The costs just depend on your host, so I reckon you should be a better judge of that. Regarding the kind of offer, I really don't have anything in my mind right now for which I could get gratification. You can PM me your best offer after going through the stats, traffic, domain name, etc.
