Well my university has a PR of 9, I think most universities have very high PR because of student population.
I thought it was PR10 for the 10 most viewed (or most backlinks or something) sites PR9 for 10 to 100 PR8 for 100 to 1000 PR7 for 1000 to 10,000 and so on... Wasn't it that way before?
Pr is not for most viewed I think..it's for most backlinks.. and I think youtube should be the first...
