Pr 1???

My one blog has PR1.so what does that mean???AM i on the right path??Some time ago it had page rank 0!!!

Yes, that means that you did a good job. Continue to build links so that your site PR will boost up on next update.

 

Its means you have other sites linking to yours, the more sites that link to you the better your PR

 

And what benefits does chasing PR bring?


sft_hrt2002 forget about the green bar, its useless unless you are wanting to sell links.

 

My sites pagerank is 3 and i know for a fact that i get a lot less visitors than some pageranked 1 and 2 sites, but my product still sells, so if you're not trying to sell ad space on your website, i really wouldn't take notice of google pagerank.

I'll be honest with you though, it is a nice feeling to see google acknowledge your website and give you a higher pagerank.

PR is pretty much all about backlinks not SERP's i have a PR0 site with 15,000 UV and higher PR sites with much less visitors. Concentrate or SERP's NOT PR.
