Selling PR 1 - Website Themes/Templates Wordpress Site - Good Alexa - Established - CHEAP!

Themeskinz.org is a PR 1 site

I bought a collection of sites recently and don't have time to manage them all. I am selling off some of them to concentrate on a few projects. This site has great potential and just needs a little TLC and it will get good traffic and make you money.

I am selling this cheaply for a quick sale.

Unfortunately I don't have any traffic stats for this site, however the Alexa rank is around 1.2 million which is pretty good and shows the site is getting some traffic.

I believe it has pretty good Google rankings for some of the paid for premium themes. Many of these have affiliate programs (with good payouts) which you could add to the site to make decent money.

Added traffic stats - over 1700 visitors in Feb! wish i'd checked the stats before I listed the site, would have asked for more!
