    I am selling my unfinished project LeakBeta. The site is a unique idea and can make some serious cash if you monetize it right.

    TRAFFIC -

    It is getting most of it's traffic from Google Organic.

    Currently it ranks on the first page of google for the following terms. Game Leaks, Video Game Leaks, guild wars 2 leaks, diablo 3 beta leak and 2nd Page for Beta Leaks. The website is well indexed in google. The site is very profitable if the buyer can add content to it.

    Most of the traffic is from US.

    REVENUE -

    I haven't tried to monetize the site yet, I have added one google ad in the sidebar and infolinks. It must be making $1-2 a month in total.

    DESIGN -

    The template and logo of the website are unique and are designed by professionals.

    POTENTIAL -

    The buyer can monetize the website in several ways. Google Adsense, Amazon Affiliates and Selling Link Ads on the website are easy ways of monetizing the site and making the most out of it.
