Selling PR 1 - Niche Travel Site - Unique Content

Site is a PR 1 (DA: 21 - PA:26) niche travel site about New Orleans. Site has a keyword rich .com domain name registered at godaddy.com. The site has some great unique content and is well established. Site is built on wordpress making it extremely easy to maintain and add content too.

The site is aged but has had little real SEO work done to it as this is not an area im very strong in. But site does have some links on popular sites such as Pinterest and Reddit etc. The site could really take off and become a money maker via adsense (as travel niche pays well) with a little added SEO and back link work.

The site has a fairly steady traffic flow some of which is from search engines from its already solid content. But again this is the area in which the new owner needs to do a little work to improve the overall traffic numbers. Here are some screen shots of previous site traffic.

Site has earned a little from adsense but its nothing consistent but this will def improve with some added traffic and site age. For purpose of this auction will consider it no earnings. Site can also be a nice money maker for link sales with its PR ranking and travel links are always being searched for.
