    Micro niche site built around specific keyword and product. Keyword is "remixing software." Some stats in image below!!

    Product is a music remixing software instant download.

    Links already building, Alexa under 1 Mil and site just awarded PR 1. Needs someone to take over and promote...I have no time after building this great site. Great potential for the right person.

    Not a ton of traffic yet as I said....no time to promote. However, 58% of traffic is from search engines.

    Adsense revenue is based on only one ad and is $20-$30 month. Could make more with more ads.

    Also monetized with Clickbank product: Dubturbo 1.5.
