This site does have backlinks; not sure why it's not listing that way....you can check seobook to see it has 71 links. Also listed on first page of Google for "remixing software." Site is built around that keyword and one specific product.

Just awarded PR 1 after last update and site is only a few months old.

Revenue is around $25/month Adsense and so far a few sales from CB.

Organic traffic is currently at 47%.

Site needs more promotion, that is it! All unique content and white hat link building done already.

If buyer chooses, I will also write another article to keep it fresh and updated. All new owner has to do is insert their own AdSense code and Clickbank code.
