Selling PR 1 - EMD Photoshop Tutorials Video Site Up for Quick Sale

My website is: http://photoshopcs4tutorials.info

It used to be ranked on second page for the term: "Photoshop cs4 tutorials" which has got good amount of monthly search volume (5000+ exact searches). Its an EMD - exact match domain. You can view screenshot below of monthly search volume as reported by Google Keywords tool:



Right now the ranking is fluctuating from few days and it is currently on Page 5 or 6. This is because I am not finding the time to do some linkbuilding work for it. I did earlier and if someone builds a little amount of links, the site can get back to Page 2 or even 1 in few days time.

But I am not having the time or inclination to work on the site. So I want to sell it off for any reasonable bid.

The Page Rank of the website is PR 1. The domain is registered till 4th May 2012. So the buyer will still have a lot of time to develop the site further and earn from it.

The site has 1000+ pages. All are videos of Photoshop related tutorials. You can check screenshot below:



You can monetize the site in any way you wish like using Clickbank offers, Adsense etc. I have put up a few clickbank products there but as I said I don't have time any longer to work on the site.
