    This is a PR 1 website for sale with a custom WordPress Design and Forum Design, both are integrated and have enough room to add your income method, e.g: adsense.

    I am looking for around $300 o.v.n.o - The forums are run by vBulletin but ths license will not come with the forums, so you will have to purchase your own license, or I can have it converted to phpBB (or anything you wish) for you.

    There is no income proof, as I stated above there is space for your chosen income method though, as editing the WordPress and Forums will require basic HTML knowledge.
