Selling PR 1 Business Blog Having Huge Backlinks

    Hello DP,

    I would like to sell my 8 months old blog http://www.BizCrecise.com. This one genuine blog having 100% unique content. I wrote around 50 articles on different topics. Lot's of SEO work has already been done. Alexa is showing almost 100 backlinks. Domain has PR 1 but I'm expecting at least PR 3 after this PR update as I already done lot's of SEO work and there is no chances of PR loss.

    Site is getting daily 30-50 unique visitors and most of them are coming through Google(more than 75%).

    Expect no revenue through adwords but I made $$ through guest posting.

    Bidder failed to make payment...As I need money urgent so I reduced BIN to $250 and I will also give you 20 unpublished articles which I wrote for this blog but haven't published till. All articles are 100% unique and I never published those articles.
