what does PR 0 means ?

 

it means nothing

 

I believe it means Google has recognized your site, but you have not gain an actual page rank yet.

 

PR = 0 -> 10 (10 is maximum/best)

 

means you have got to work harder on some link building

 

Yes, maybe for new site. But what to do if site was PR5 and now it's PR0. In that situation link building doesn't help much.

 

Is there any benifits of linking with PR 0 sites ?

 

sure there is benefits well link is a link,high PR are recomended

 

Means that your site is most likely pretty new or has not had much work done to it yet.

 

Surely... if it is a well trafficked site.
Anyway... there is no harm in getting a link from such sites as they would come very cheap and might give you a PR juice as and when that site sees a good elevation in its own rank in future!

PR0 means your PR juice is low, or saying not able to achieve the PR1 requirement
To get better PR, you need to build link which to gain PR juice

 

Build backlinks to get PR now its 0 so try to get relevant backlinks and get pr 1 2

 

It means that google crawlers found your website.
