I would like to buy high PR back links. I want: - The page that the link will be placed on to be indexed in Google and a PageRank of 0+ - Low amount of OBL. Not something that has been spammed by hundreds of others... - The links to be inside content, sitewide links or footer links are worthless to me. - to pay with PayPal! Since Google has not exported any PageRank data to the toolbar since April 2010, (except for giving new pages a PageRank of 0) I don't mind getting links from Pages that have a PageRank value of 0. However I don't want links that has a PageRank value of N/A. N/A can mean the page is very new, not indexed or has a penelty of some kind. So that is a big difference...
