    suppose we have create one ppt document. it is possible to upload ppt to all different site with high page rank or not. is it spam activity.

    No , its not called Spam . once again and again submit the same websites its called SPAM

    It's not spam, if you do it correctly. Submit it to quality sites and only once in each site. Make sure you keep limited links during submission.
