PPC with spider and metasearch

Hi,

I am looking for a script to create my PPC engine directory
with metasearch options , own directory ,capabilities to retrieve xml feeds
easy customize template system.....

The spider to be able to handle any type of document pdf, docs.......

Any idea

I have not any experiences with this script so I don't know if it work.
