    Have you considered loading a secured virtual credit card with funds from your PayPal account. It's a pretty convoluted process, but once you get the money into the credit card, you can spend it anywhere on-line (Google adWords, Yahoo! Search Marketing, MS adCenter, etc.);

    1. Sign up for an e-gold account here - https://www.e-gold.com/e-gold.asp
    2. Buy some e-gold with PayPal money, through a broker like - http://www.emoney-exchange.net/buy.htm
    3. Transfer it to a secured virtual VISA card from someone like http://www.trucards.com/default.aspx (100% approval as they're not actually offering you any credit facilities)
    4. Spend it anywhere on-line that accepts VISA

    Each transfer will cost you money, but you'll probably still be better off overall, as being able to advertise with the big boys will give you a MUCH better return than going with the second and third tier PPC providers.

    I have just setup an advertising system called AdWall. There is a site called mediasift.biz that is running this system. It gets 86 uniques a day. Adwalls work in such a way that you can bid as much as you want for the advertising space / time, provided you bid higher than any ad you overlap. As all the ads on mediasift's adwall have a bid of $0.00 / kBH (1000 block hours) you can advertise on this adwall for just $0.01 / kBH. This means for a total of $0.01 you could have a 10x10 pixel block running for 40 days, provided no one bids higher than you for that spot.

    Check it out!

    The website for AdWall is adwall.biz.
