PPC traffic down?

    Any one getting low traffic clicks over this weekend or is it just me?

    World Cup in south africa...

    i am losing on days the teams are playing there 30%-50% of my ads income.
    When germany is playing, they can shutdown the internet there, you can count the
    people surfing then by hand.

    my traffic is all usa paid traffic tho. I dont promote in germany.

    Since yesterday I can see about 25%-30% drop of traffic on all my websites. USA as well.
    I do not know how it is in US now, but in my place it is:
    1. Holiday season
    2. Hot, no rain

    So many people leave cities for weekend. Also, world cup is important as well I guess.

    We'll see how the traffic changes tomorrow :)
