PPC that acdcept adult content hand have geotarg?

    I need a PPC serchengine that accept adult content and only display my ads in the US?

    I know Goclick but I need more options.

    Exoclick is another possibility, but they pay low for adult traffic. They pay low for all types of traffic, come to think of it.
