PPC SEO penalty?

I am running PPC ads and I have the landing page only accessible via the ads. If i have these pages hidden form the normal user would google penalize me for this? Is this bad practice? I dont want to clutter up my users experience with 60 landing pages. Thanks!

By hidden you probably mean you will not link them from anywhere on your site? This still won't prevent google from finding and indexing them,
Or you could also add noindex tag on them to prevent indexing.
In either case it should not affect your organic ranking. As for PPC quality score, the most important things are the contents of the page and its relevance to the keywords you bid on, as well as presence of contact us/TOS on the site.

I assume that you have made it inaccessible by blocking GoogleBot with robots.txt (for example). No, this is not a problem - every page doesn't need to be indexed or linked. You won't have a problem, as long as you're honest with your content.
