So I'm interested in promoting an affiliate program with something like Google Adwords. Can people really make money by doing this or is there more to it (like more than just picking out a product and advertising it)? Are there certain programs that convert better? Is there some kind of guide to learning.
From my experience Google Adwords traffic is considered as the best traffic among PPC program. The conversion however really depends on landing page design and the keyword selection
Be careful, you can easily spend all your money on PPC without conversions. First learn more about it and the start your campaigns.
yes you can make alot of money with ppc...start off slow and use a keyword tool to what would be a good niche for you
My highest profiting site relies solely on PPC traffic from Adwords. However, it took me literally 2 months to fine tune my keywords, bids, and quality score of my landing page. It takes work, but it can lead to great returns on a set it and leave it basis.
PPC can make you a lot of money, but it requires a lot of your time and effort as well, and initially, you may loose quite some money as the learning fees. But overall, it can make you tons of money once you have mastered the way to do it correctly.
I'm actually trying to promote someone else's landing page. Is there some kind of guide for this? Thanks.
I'm not sure there is a guide available, since every situation would be require specific manipulation. Do you have access to change the page you are promoting, because I found quality score was the big deal breaker.
