Hello All, You've been very helpful in the past, so I hope you can help me out again! Anyway, I'm a consultant at a small digital marketing firm and one of our clients is paying us nearly enough compared to the amount of work that I am my team are putting in for them. Their current contract predates me and I have very little experience pricing out Adword account management. Their current spend based payment method isn't working out, considering the endless number of reports and meetings that they require. If some one could give me some examples of how consultants usually charge for account management in this case or point me to some resources, I would be very appreciative. Thanks, Adam
As a PPC Consultant and AdWords professional, there are various ways that you can work our prices. 1. Flat Fee 2. Percent of ad spend 3. Performance based 4. Mixture of all 3 I currently charge a flat fee and a monthly management fee which may be flat fee or percent of ad spend depending on the nature of the management work and level of work.
I generally charge a monthly flat fee based on keywords. The more there is to manage, the more they pay. It's important to negotiate this well up front.
Charge a minimum flat fee every month + some feasible ROI algorithm. Suitable to you as well as your client.
