Hello, Yes I am wondering what you guys suggest/recommend to be the best PPC network that pays via paypal and does not require a SS as I feel they don't need them.

    Best Regards,

    Hey,

If you're a US resident and earn more than $600, you'll be required to submit a TIN, unless your network is generous and picks up the tax tab for you or they're underreporting to the government.

The moral of the story- if you don't want to submit an SSN/TIN, don't work with a US network, or switch networks once you hit $599.

If your not from the US then you shouldn't have any problem with it because the SSS# is only applicable to US members.
