just wondering if anyone has had any experience with this concept of paying fixed amount per month locked into a 12 month contract 24/7 unlimited clicks, as apose to pay per click.

I would be really wary about signing up for a monthly contract for a set amount of clicks. Interest in keywords changes on a monthly and seasonal basis, so there's no way you can guarantee a certain amount of high quality clicks year-round. Besides, a lot of these so-called search engines and consultants use bots and other unethical means to inflate click counts to meet the monthly quota.

Bottom line, it's much better to go through a reputable PPC company like AdWords, Yahoo Search Marketing, or MSN AdCenter. That way, you know exactly what you're getting and where your traffic is coming from.

Setting up a fixed monthly search media budget used for paid advertising is often seen which then you'll pay a 10 to 20% for managing the campaign + setup fee if applicable (case by case). However, receiving unlimited clicks should be worrisome because you will not get a 100% clicks from all the 100% impressions (exposure) on a daily basis.. The method used to get unlimited clicks may not be ethical and the keywords selected may or may not be related to your web site and online marketing objective (traffic; transaction; ordering leads...) . From all the keywords selected to be in your campaign, you should consider the quality of those keywords and how it impacts your bottom line... your Return on investment.

Thanks guys my ppc campaign was costing me around $4000 per month but bringing fantastic results, I was approached buy a company who offered me this deal costing around $600 per month unlimited 24/7 which I have taken on a 2 month trial, I chose my own key words which I took my best performing key words off my other campaign, volume has definatly dropped but conversion is still good so I will have to just keep an eye on it and test and measure. hard call to pause something that was`t broken.

I signed a monthly contrcact guarateeing top placement for a keyword.....

Contract didnt include any excuses or clauses.. we tried it.

Lasted for 3 months before the guy broke the contract, we are looking into litigading against it now.

No one can promise you someting they cant give

Google cant provide unlimited clicks to them so they cant provide it to you!

    Its jsut that simple.
