I started learning about SEO+some internet marketing basics in September/October last year..and ever since have put in like 50-60 hours a week. MIght sound crazy to some put Ive used most of that time to find good niches with potential (to sell e-books, affiliate products, etc.). Now well ive found some of them and have learned a great deal about keyword research, but I know I wont be getting much traffic to them anytime soon. So..as I want to learn about Internet Marketing in general, Im wondering if I could try to learn and practice some PPC, while pursuing my long-term SEO goals...Ive been told learning a great deal about keyword research and about finding niches for SEO, should help me with PPC, too..also Im the type of person who doesnt rush anything but am fairly careful, so I dont think I run the risk of losing tons of money doing PPC. So now Im wondering if I could expect to start making some money short-term & mid-term from PPC..I think a few of my sites do have some good PPC keywords...or is PPC not really good for somebody who doesnt have a real business and high-ticket items to sell (Im thinking of finding topics where e-books/affiliate e-books or high ticket items with a generous profit share could be sold). I did read somewhere, that there was still enough opportunity in many markets that one shouldnt figure in life time value into PPC too much...so that sounds kind of good. But what's really up with it? I know about click through rates for organic search but how high are click through rates for PPC ads?
Most of the major search engine wn't sell there organic space as sponsored link. If they do so, there reputation will go. Why Google is No. 1 search engine? Because Google deliver results based on trust .
I didn't mean to say I want to buy organic search results. I was talking about ordinary PPC advertising.
