PPC networks where I can advertise to Europe?

    Do you guys know of any good ones?
    I'm looking to advertise to Norway and a few other countries.

    I don't wanna use Adwords, Bing doesn't seem to have that target..

    Anyone have any experience?

    Why dont you advertise thru social bookmarkings like digg.com. twitter and facebooks..
