PPC Networks for publishers without site

    Does any know PPC networks who accept publishers without own site? I mean that I would like to use Google Adwords or 7 search as my traffic source to run PPC offers.

    So, what do you think is a pay per click offer is? Let me tell you..they don't exist! PPC is not some kind of offer, it is a paid traffic source like 7search, bing ads, google adwords, all PPC and they have no offers!
