There is a site but I've never used it. It's called PPC Coach there maybe some type of fee but I don't really know. I hear lots of good things about it, and the owner actually is on these forums.
I have one excellent Adwords traning source which I want to promote aggresively, but too bad, I still don't have a sig link, and I can't put that super link inside my comment posts.. .

The best way to learn is by jumping in and actually trying it. Yeah, you're going to waste money. But look at it this way, you blow your money for a college education right? Well, think of PPC in the same light. You're going to blow your money right out the window at first, but once you figure everything out, you'll be making some monies.
