I'm not sure what you are asking, but if it's about employment in the Pay Per Click advertising industry, there are very few long term career paths outside of large advertising networks. We employ several people, however they work in all sides of our business, not just our PPC business. We employ multiskilled professionals who have skills in advertising, systems administration, customer support and so on.
