PPC Hosting directory, custom coded

I'm thinking of selling one of my sites cause I don't have time to deal with it. I havent done any promo work after I develop it couple a months ago...

Anyway, the URL is in my sig (www.serverinn.com). Everything is custom coded, table-less CSS design, backend PHP/MySQL. There is no admin panel at all cause I used phpMyAdmin for administration and didn't had time to finish it. However, I can finish the admin panel for potential new owner if I get good offer.

I can say there is no traffic as it's averaging around 1-20 uniques per day. I had adsense on the site but removed it (site is not banned). Average CPC for adsense was $1+ per click.

PayPal IPN is implemented for buying listing credits and everything works perfectly. You can register to see how it works.

I'm not sure about how much should I expect to get for this but please have in mind that everything is custom coded, domain is very catchy, hosting industry is very competitive and with a good marketing it can be a gold mine . Having that in mind I'm looking for serious offers, please don't bid like $1 .

One last thing, I reserve the right not to sell it if I'm not satisfied with the offer.
