PPC for non-english site with ca. 250 unique per day?

    Hello,

    I was wondering if there is a serious program,
    either PPC or CPM or something else,
    with which it is allowed to put them on non-english, better said non-worldlangauges sites like ex-yugoslavian languages ?

    I know that I may put Google search for content, but this really doesn't bring any money.

    Any idea?
