OK, so i'm a noob in PPC. I have read many ebooks (found them free in wickedfire) and also have been experimenting with PPC myself. But one thing has been bothering my mind since few days ago is...how to really promote affiliate websites through PPC? So we create a landing page, basically it talks about the product that we want to promote then we send the visitors to the website's home page or how? I heard that the best way to convert is NOT to send visitors to home page, is that true? And how do you find good products which can give you good profit margin, only depends on their EPC?
What you want to do is create a landing page, preferably with some content in it to help with your Google Quality Score for AdWords. Don't link it to the homepage, link it to the advertiser's landing page that your Affiliate Program should provide you with. I have quite a few affiliates that are marketing our offers this way and converting a bunch of leads. As for finding the right kind of offers & products, you can do all the research on your own or you can get an AM to help you with it. That's what I do, if you go to cpaempire dot com and apply as an affiliate, be sure to request me as your AM. Josh Todd Affiliate Manager CPA Empire jtodd at cpaempire dot com
