    Well, I think Clicksor would be best,
    they approve adult sites and are a bit similar to Adsense

    Allfeeds.com also allows for adult content in their PPC programs - I've been a publisher since December 2005, and have had good results with their programs. You can click on the link in my signature if you'd like more information.

    There are a few others that I know of. eTology.com is good and has gotten much better lately.

    There is a new one that has banner ads called toastedpumpkin.com

    Toasted Pumpkin pays 85% of the total revenue. They were the best I have found so far.
