Im just wondering if there's anyone here who knows which of the 3 major PPCs (Google Adwords, YSM, MSNAdCenter) has anti click fraud systems?

They all have systems in place to detect click fraud - which doesn't mean they catch it all.

Sorry, that's not my plan. I want to advertise on the said PPC search engines and i would like to know which of them is the best to put my ads on. I was a victim of it last year and don't want that to happen to me again.

Use adcenter or adwords - opt out of the content network with google and you will eliminate most potential problems.

as a Adsense user myself, I have had those days where people clicked the add (up to 35 times) in the same day, if not within the same hour! This has become a big issue for Google and that is why the price per click went down substantially over the years. While Google will not profit any fraudulent clicks to the Adsense account, I believe you do not lose the money from that either. Also, if someone is caught overclicking the ad and has an Adsense account then they will lose their account.

I believe Google is fairly secure for Adwords users, not as much as the other end :(

Adwords is the leader, MSN can have better conversion, but the traffic is much lower. I would advise using Yahoo only after mastering those two - it can be a bit more difficult to have the same cost of conversion as the other two. Yahoo sales can be a bit aggressive and get you into a program that isn't going to be as cost effective.

When you eliminate running your ads on Yahoo or Google content, I don't any of the three have more of a potential for click fraud charges.

If you have proof of click fraud, any of the three will give you a credit.

There are also third party systems like vericlix that will help you monitor any click fraud.
